【本篇學習重點】
- 顏面神經受損,會造成臉部表情不對稱、吞嚥困難等情形。
- 透過臉部運動來避免肌肉僵硬或預防部份功能喪失所帶來的後遺症。
- 每次臉部復健時間約5-10分鐘,每日2-3次。
一、為什麼需要臉部復健?
因顏面神經受損造成臉部歪斜、眼睛無法完全閉合及吞嚥困難等功能不全狀態,透過臉部運動之方式,增加血液循環、刺激麻痺的肌肉來促進康復、防止肌肉僵硬或預防部份功能喪失所帶來的後遺症。
二、哪些人需要臉部復健?
顏面神經受損造成臉部歪斜(例如:表情不對稱)、眼睛無法完全閉合、吞嚥困難容易嗆到等情形的病人。
三、我要準備什麼用物?
不需準備用物,僅需利用手部及臉部肌肉即可。
